Prof. Li Wang

Dr. Li Wang is Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the Cullen Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology, Baylor College of Medicine. She received her MD from Shanxi Medical College, Shanxi Province, P.R. China in 1990, and her PhD from Ruprecht-Karls-Universitat, Heidelberg, Germany in 1999. Her research interests focus on cataract and refractive surgery, intraocular lens power calculations, optics and diagnostic devices. She is the author of over 100 peer-reviewed papers in international and national journals and 40 book chapters. More than 100 studies have been presented at international and national meetings. She serves as editorial board member of Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Journal of Refractive Surgery, Journal of Ocular Biology, and Open Journal of Ophthalmology. Specialization areas: Cataract surgery, refractive surgery, intraocular lens power calculations, optics, corneal topography, ocular biometry, and ocular diagnostic device.
